These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) exclusively govern the sale of linen clothing and accessories offered on the website joycecollector.com by Az Belgium SRL.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the buyer.

Product offers are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

4. ORDERS

Orders are placed exclusively via the website joycecollector.com. The customer must follow the online ordering process and confirm their order after verification.

4.2 Confirmation
Each order is confirmed by email. The sale is only finalized after acceptance of the order by Az Belgium SRL.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, labels, and accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. WARRANTIES

In accordance with Articles 1649bis and following of the Belgian Civil Code, products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.
